Vacant/Centre serves as Vacant's operational base, nestled in the Yoyogi-Hachiman area of Tokyo. This seven-floor multi-purpose complex, which includes a five-story main building and a two-story annex, was fully renovated in-house.

The gallery, located in the semi-basement of the main building, regularly features exhibitions curated by Vacant. The space also houses Vacant's studio, a collective office, and a dedicated residence and studio floor for artists-in-residence.

Vacant/Cove, the annex behind the gallery, hosts occasional food events in its first-floor dining area. On the second floor, our store showcases Vacant’s original products and artworks by various artists.
