作陶家。焼成の過程で生まれる偶然の現象や表情、質感を大切にし、過度に手を加えることなく、土そのものが持つ性質や美しさを引き出すような作品制作を行っている。
多治見などで制作経験を重ね、現在は香川県を拠点に、土と火、そして偶然性との関係を探りながら作陶を続けている。
 
A ceramic artist whose practice embraces the unexpected effects, surface qualities, and textures that emerge during firing. With a restrained approach, she seeks to draw out the inherent character and beauty of clay.
Having developed her practice in Tajimi and elsewhere, she is now based in Kagawa Prefecture, where she continues to explore the relationship between clay, fire, and chance.
