Praxis
Open-end Installation
Praxis is an open-ended installation by Yusuke Nagai, unfolding within the gallery space at Vacant/Centre.
Through the interplay of objects from Vacant/Multiple and works by invited artists, the installation evolves organically over time, embodying the ongoing thought and practice of Cultural Placeology.
It is an endless inquiry into place—not an exhibition that presents a single completed form, but a practice through which the place itself continues to change as thoughts accumulate.
In Praxis, each installation is structured around a "Flow Note" written at that particular moment, accompanied by a "Flow List" of music, films, books, and other references that have informed its conception. By presenting not only the works themselves, but also the thoughts and relationships behind the exhibition, Praxis opens up the very process through which a place continues to come into being.
Vacant/Multiple
